🔄 Returns and Refund Policy

Return Period
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions
Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original sealed packaging.

Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or tested perfumes cannot be returned.

Return Procedure
Please send an email to support@uk-laparfum.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions.

Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 working days.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error (incorrect or damaged product).
